Our February Wellness Wednesday is right around the corner! Save 10% on supplements and body care items not already on sale, non-members save 5%. The wellness staff will be sampling Barleans Swirls, Nordic Naturals heart-healthy fish oils and Manitoba Hemp Protein Powders. Local aronia berry producer Andrew Pitz from Sawmill Hollow Organic Farm will be here sampling his family's Green and Berry powder. Local health practitioners will be here offering spinal screenings (Dr. Barbara Read, 12-2pm), free short back massages (Tommy's Salon, 4-6pm) and Ignite Yoga (10am-Noon) will be giving away a free one week trial.

The United Nations has designated 2012 as the International Year of Cooperatives to recognize the power of cooperatives to promote economic and social development and their work in eradicating poverty. Stronger together has developed a video series celebrating 2012 International Year of Cooperatives that is hosted by celebrity chef Kevin Gillespie.
