Ebersole Cattle Co. is a small family ranch located in the rolling hills of Southern Iowa (Kellerton). They raise antibiotic-free and hormone-free cattle and beef from birth which they've sloganed as "Healthy.HAPPY.Beef.". The owners Beau and Shanen met at ISU in the 90's and discovered their mutual love of raising animals including quarter horses.

Wheatsfield carries their pasture and grass-fed beef. The former is their most popular product, and blends the health benefits of grass-fed beef with a touch of Iowa corn-finished beef flavor. The latter is 100% grass-fed.
