2 celery sticks
2 medium carrots
1 T fresh ginger, peeled
1 T fresh turmeric, peeled
2 leaves of kale, washed
handful of wheat grass (optional)
Swiss chard (optional)
beat tops (optional)
parsley (optional)

Run ingredients through a juicer or a high powered blender.
