Chunky Slow Cooker Applesauce

10 apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
1/2 cup apple juice or water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar or honey

Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours, until soft and juicy.
