At the co-op we recognize the importance that our little ones will play in the future food system as consumers, farmers, policy makers... you name it! We also recognize that you want them to eat good food! The Co-op Kids Club was developed to help engage our smallest consumers by teaching them about who grows our food, how it is grown, how to cook great food and more. We invite all kids under the age of 10 to join and participate in the club.

Ask at customer service or with a cashier the next time you are in for a "banana card" (pictured above). Kids 10 and under will receive the free fruit of the month each time they visit the co-op! Your child just needs to be present and present the card. We want them to enjoy eating good food!

At most events in the store there will be a Co-op Kid's Club activity and we have coloring sheets from month to month. Missed a few activities? Most past activities are linked here: Kids' Club Activities. During the summer and special days or weeks off school we also host cooking classes for kids. Stay tuned for those.
